Module Nine: Nutrition
Rather than thinking of weight loss by dieting and eating less, nutrition is about feeding your body the fuel it needs to perform. Just like putting fuel into a car, a car won't drive if it's running on empty. Being mindful of what you eat is so important.
This short module is on nutrition. Keeping a note of what you eat can be helpful either in your diary or on pages to keep in your folder (optional download here - You can print the page double-sided) - Keeping a track for a week or a month is useful especially if you are seeing a dietician, naturopath or other health professional for nutrition advice.
