Gift Vouchers
The following Terms and Conditions apply to purchased B Styled for Life Gift Vouchers for specific personal styling services and consultations.
Complimentary, promotional and prize vouchers may be subject to separate Terms and Conditions.
1. Validity and Expiry
B Styled for Life purchased Gift Vouchers have No Expiry Date and remain valid until redeemed.
Each Gift Voucher is redeemable for the specific styling service purchased, subject to these Terms and Conditions and Australian Consumer Law.
2. Booking and Redemption
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed through the B Styled for Life online booking system using the unique voucher code provided.
Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
If you experience difficulties redeeming your voucher online, please contact B Styled for Life for assistance.
Each service-specific Gift Voucher entitles the holder to one complete consultation or service as described at the time of purchase and may only be redeemed once for that service.
3. Transferability
Gift Vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to another person, provided they have not already been redeemed.
The original voucher conditions remain unchanged following a transfer.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are requested to provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling a confirmed appointment.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will be reviewed individually at B Styled for Life’s discretion, taking the circumstances into consideration.
Any applicable cancellation charges or consequences will be disclosed before booking and remain subject to Australian Consumer Law.
5. Refunds
Change-of-mind refund requests will be considered individually by B Styled for Life.
Gift Vouchers are not generally redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Changes to Service Pricing
Gift Vouchers purchased for a specific styling service will be honoured for that service, even if the advertised service price subsequently increases.
No additional payment will be required solely because of a price increase for the originally purchased service.
7. Service Availability and Changes
If a purchased styling service becomes unavailable or is discontinued, B Styled for Life will discuss an appropriate alternative with the Gift Voucher holder.
A comparable replacement service may be provided by mutual agreement.
Where an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Lost or Stolen Gift Vouchers
Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers may be replaced free of charge after verification of the original purchase and confirmation that the voucher has not already been redeemed.
The original voucher code may be cancelled and replaced to prevent unauthorised use.
9. Service Upgrades
Gift Voucher holders may request an upgrade to another B Styled for Life styling service or package.
Upgrades are subject to availability and agreement, including any additional payment required.
Any additional amount will be confirmed and agreed upon before proceeding with the upgraded service.
10. Service Location and Delivery
Styling services will be provided at the location or through the delivery method specified in the relevant service listing.
Any additional travel or service-related charges must be disclosed and agreed upon before booking.
11. Promotional Offers
Gift Vouchers may be used in conjunction with promotional offers or discounts where the specific promotion expressly permits this.
Any applicable promotional conditions will be communicated at the time of the offer.
12. Fees and Voucher Security
No prohibited activation, inactivity, account-keeping or balance-enquiry fees will apply to purchased Gift Vouchers.
Gift Voucher holders are encouraged to keep their unique voucher codes secure.
