We meet every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 am. These sessions are both motivating and practical. We focus on creating S.M.A.R.T. goals—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely. This approach ensures your goals are clear and within reach. It helps you stay focused and make steady progress.

Focus on One Goal at a Time- Tuesdays on Target Online

Many of us feel overwhelmed when juggling too many goals. I’ve learned to focus on just one goal during our sessions. This method has worked wonders for me. By concentrating on one goal, I achieve more in less time. After completing a goal, I move on to the next one. This approach builds momentum and confidence.

Celebrate Successes Monthly

On the first Tuesday of each month, we host a monthly celebration. This Tuesdays on Target Online event lets us come together, acknowledge our achievements, and share our successes. It’s a chance to reflect on how far we've come. It also helps recharge our motivation for the month ahead.
