Fabrication & Feel:
- The base or foundation of this garment is the yarn. This is a microfibre yarn called Nylon 6.6 from Nilit branded yarn specialists.
- It has a high percentage of elastane so it will stretch and recover with your body, over and over.
- It feels like a second skin.
Supportive Design without Underwire:
- There’s not just one element added to replace the function of the uncomfortable wire, but many that work together to shape and lift the bust.
- There’s a platform sling that lifts the bust from the base, a side sling to keep the bust facing forward, and a reinforced frame that mimics the shape where the wire would be.
- Unlike other bras that elongate over the course of the day, the Sugar candy bra will perform to support you all day long with the multiple slings and reinforcements in place and the high elastane content of the yarn.
- Double heat-moulded cups ensure the integrity of the fabric isn’t compromised where you need it most. Heat deteriorates elastane, so we’ve been careful to experiment and figure out how to maintain the deepest part of the cups with consistency like the rest of the fabric, that is, with stretch and recovery.
Size Inclusivity:
- This bra accommodates a variety of sizes and bands exceptionally well, providing comfort even on your fullest days and during your period.
- Sometimes your bra size is not consistent from summer to winter, or even from month to month. The sugar candy bra understands this and has adaptive sizing to ensure you’re supported whether you’re an E cup or an H and everything in between.
